SHINY SKIN!

THE FIX:
pat yer t-zone down with a light face powder to keep shine and grease at bay. is you dont want to use makeup, split a two ply tissue with seatmate. the single sheet can be used to blot excess oil away. (try myra e shine-free face powder)u can by in watson stores.

THE PROBLEM: "ICKY BREAKOUTS"

THE FIX!:
ditch the habit of resting your shin or face on our hands during class lectures. keep in mind that germs from your palms can lead you to unwanted blemishes. for random zits or pms- related breakouts, use a potent pimple cream before bed to help prevent it from erupting into a nasty, full blown zit.

the fix:
Forgot to apply deodorant? just squirt some anti bacterial hand gel in yer palm,
rub it onto yer armpits, & gently wipe off with tissue. this will help kill germs
& keep ye fresh for the rest of the day. iff yer still feeling self-conciuos,
lightly mist yer uniform with fresh smelling body spray or perfume.

the problem: "STINKY FEET"

THE FIX:
before sliiping yer socks on, make sure yer feet are clean & completely dry to help
stop the odor- causing bacteria from spreading. do a foot scrub weekly to get rid
of grime & dirt with peppermint foot scrub. if yer feet are exra sweaty use a
foot spray or springkle some baby powder onto yer feet tio help absorb the
escess moisture. (try peppermint foot scrub)
